Programs

Throughout the day, our educators design engaging activities that spark curiosity and support meaningful exploration. Guided by the ELECT framework (Early Learning for Every Child Today), we ensure our program is not only developmentally appropriate but also provides opportunities for every child to learn and grow at their own pace.

Our daily schedule is thoughtfully divided into segments, offering a wide variety of experiences that make learning joyful and exciting. We believe the best learning happens when children are free to get messy, laugh, and discover through play. After all, the moments we remember most in life are filled with fun, imagination, and creativity.

At the heart of our approach is a commitment to nurturing an environment where imagination thrives and creativity flourishes—laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

Lets dive deeper

Creative art- its open ended and deeply meaningful

That piece of aluminum foil covered in paint and glitter that comes home isn’t just aluminum foil—it’s an experience.

Infants are discovering a brand-new sound: the crinkle of foil, paired with a shiny surface they’ve never seen before. With rough loofahs and squishy sponges, a simple painting activity transforms into a sensory adventure filled with textures and inquiry. A sprinkle of cinnamon in the paint adds a playful element of smell, tickling little noses and sparking curiosity. And of course, a dash of glitter brings sparkle and delight, giving infants something fresh and exciting to explore.

Through it all, teachers scaffold the experience—introducing new vocabulary, encouraging exploration, and weaving language into the joy of discovery. That aluminum foil masterpiece that makes its way home is more than art: it’s sound, texture, scent, language, laughter, and experience all rolled into one.

Small Group Learning

Small group time is an essential part of a child’s day. It provides educators with the opportunity to work closely with a few students at a time, focusing on their individual strengths, challenges, and developmental needs. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to support growth in number sense, language development, and early writing skills.

Through engaging games and activities, children are encouraged to participate at their own level, ensuring that every child feels valued and recognized as an individual. Our educators are trained to create experiences that can be adapted and extended to meet diverse learning needs. For example, preschoolers interested in letter formation may be offered simple writing tools, while children still developing letter recognition can use cue cards to build confidence.

By offering multiple entry points and flexible materials, we ensure that all children feel supported and empowered. This approach reflects and reinforces the core principles outlined in How Does Learning Happen?, fostering
